The Commissioner gave the advice today at the Conference Hall of the Kano-NEWMAP office, through the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry who is also the chairman State Technical Committee (STC) of the Kano State Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project (Kano-NEWMAP), Dr. Garba Saleh Ahmad, shortly before he declared the training opened.
The Commissioner, while stressing the essence of workshop and trainin
ig to staff, also described it as a tool for personal development that facilitates the attainment of organisational goals and objectives.
He therefore, called on them to be attentive while the training lasts, to ensure that the investment to be installed gets the best of utilisation for the intended purpose it was designed to be achieved.
